How to fix my overbite

I have overbite stage 1 because of my posture in the past. Can I fix it without braces and instead use myobrace, mewing, chewing gum etc if I'm just 18 years old

The myobrace that postures the jaw forward yes but you will need ortho treatment to make it stay that way and a retainer

chewing and all that other cope shit isnt gonna fix the position of your jaw. sometimes you get retainers before your braces to move the overbite back abit. if not then with your fixed braces youll be given rubber bands to help with it
