How to fix my parents trust issues with me?

Since my parents found out about my drug use they have completely lost trust in me. That happened like a year and 2 or 3 months ago and since then i didnt do anything wrong, im always truthful with them and i tell them where im going and with tho and what i will do but they still dont trust me and always call me at random times to check up and ask for pictures etc. I know they still think i take drugs but they dont tell me that. Also whenever i forget smth or get a bad grade and similar stuff they always says it bcz of drugs and that im an addict… They also blame my friends even though they did nothing. How can i fix this? I tried confronting them about it and explaining everything but nothing happened?

Yeah i try to just ignore it but recently my mother has been bringing it up multiple times per day

Trust me i tried but then they just end up screaming and arguing so i dont bother anymore
