My lower third is ass because of: non existent upper lip, narrow lower jaw, asymmetrical chin, and both sides look a bit asymmetrical due to that too. Upper jaw might be a bit narrow too but thats not as big of a problem as the lower one. What the fuck do i do with that? I hate braces but if thats the only way ill take it, also my dads good friend is like one of the best orthodontists in the city, could get all kinds of orthodontics knowing i wont get botched. Also thinking about growing masseters but that will prolly look goofy as fuck on my face *if anyone could morph me bigger masseters lmk

i aint trying to get chatgpt advised surgeries, and doctors dont know shit and care about aesthetics. Will prolly tell me to pull out like 8 teeth to fix my shit lower palate
