How to fix my sleep schedule?

Ive been sleeping 1-2 hours after sunrise ever since school ended and I hate it so much my energy levels have been all time low and my muscles take way longer to recover I also been getting eye bags what’s the best way to fix my sleep schedule?

Don't sleep a whole night, keep yourself busy during the day, then sleep once it hits 10pm with stores open so that in the morning the sun wakes you up, keep 10pm as a limit in your mind where you should be doing nothing but sleeping at that time

I tried that 2 or 3 times by now and It didn’t work

200 melatonin+100 traz or doxepin, and 10 lemborexant

Also jfl at you thinking this is horrible sleep assuming you sleep straight through and are getting at least 7h. I haven't slept straight through hardly any times since I was 16 and I'm in my 20s now
