how to fix myopia?

ill try to do this if i find methods

my plan:
going outside everyday
computer distance , but short arms -> myopia cuz cant be far from computer. should i learn to use feet ?

Same I want to I’m like -2.75 not that bad ebdmyopia methods people say work but it requires less screen time and it’s just annoying lasik/contacts seem easiest

less screen time is implausible jfl

jfl they said i wasnt old enough for lasik (they say 25 years old, but i could find some1 willing to go under this, its aproved 18+)

also how do contacts fix myopia?

Contacts are just temporarily they won’t fix it it’s better than glasses

i want a real fix , i dont wear glasses except while driving
