How to fix narrow face

How do fix narrow face? I mouth breathed all my life causing recessed maxilla and mandible but also didn't have proper tongue posture. What would I need to fix? MSE wouldn't work because then top would be alot wider than bottom jaw and wouldn't fit together. What do u guys think to fix narrow face other than rope or reincarnate?

if you are truly recessed then get bimax. If even after bimax you are not satisfied then get implants

There’s no single procedure that would widen the entire face—upper and lower, other than facial bipartition and it’s similar procedures.

So saying “MSE won’t work bc it only solves one part”, is like saying that diet won’t work to get an athletic physique—it’s only one part of the puzzle, but it’s still necessary.

And the other part of the puzzle, I.e. what you’d need to partner MSE with, is MSDO and chinwing.

Bimax would only bring recessed jaw forward but what about width? OR is it good to have narrow jaw with forward growth because it will make jaw look bigger?

You should chew to add volume to your lower jaw and it will be easier for you to get hollow cheeks.

i guess you can reduce height up until your nasal tip to give the appearance of a more compact face, if you got a long philtrum u could get ccw rotation maybe even liplift, but about your midface idk, mse could help up to a point?

Youd need MSE 12mm expansion twice along with MSDO and then after get upper and lower jaw widening surgery, i also have a theory that they could make a cut on the inner zygos and seperate it from the maxilla basically widening in and then puting screws there and overtime bone will grow

Idk but lets say I get bimax, fixes my recessed maxilla and mandible and gives forward growth but still have narrow jaw. Wouldn't the forward growth give illusion of bigger jaw?

Mse and msdo will fix narrow jaw, or just get jaw implants after bimax, narrow isnt really a failo if you have a wide forward grown maxilla and really hollow cheeks

It will also make it look wider, not much, but it will. But keep in mind: Being forward grown is more important than having a wide jaw.

I second this, guy at my work is gigachad, but is just forward grown with just average width of face, jaw is quite narrow tbh

I don't think he's smiling all the way there. Looks like more of a smirk but yea 8 teeth would be below average.

If you search “smile” online you will only find smiles with 10-12 teeth because those are the ones being advertised by dentists since they look the best. But that is not representative of the average

I solidly see 10. After MSE would such a halo to be able to get a 14 tooth smile (I have all my wisdom teeth erupted so I have 16 teeth in my upper jaw)
