How to fix narrow lips?

So my lips are very narrow tho my palate
isn’t I already got palate expander and braces. I saw a thread on org with some thing that I have to 3d print. But I also saw a method from I think bojack that he cuts his corners of his mouth and I wanted to ask if this is cope or not. Please if this is cope maybe say some other possible solutions without surgery at first and maybe send some threads

There was some stretching tool for that. Look up mouth widening here you should find it pretty quick
