I've seen so many misconceptions about nasal lidial folds so heres how to actually fix them. If you're reading this thread right now and are young and have them it's almost definitely paransal recession, not stemmed from aging or "loss of volume". Clavicular promotes injecting fit disolvers into the folds to fix this which is absolutley comical considering that just makes it worse. If your paranasal area has recession why you would you make it more hallow? Makes no sense right? The problem isn't lack of volume/collagen or fat that has migrated, it's a lack of structure in the midface. The best way to fix this would be to get custom paranasal implants which will be 100% permanent and will reduce your folds to the folds on a baby's ass. Even better, the anti-aging effects from this procedure are absurd considering the titanium support will make it hard for the folds to deepen as you age so you will have a massive advantage over normies, even if you started with worse folds than them. This procedure is probably going to cost you around 5-10K in the US and the swelling and recovery is a walk in the park. ROFL at anyone getting fillers, fat grafts, or hallowing out your midface even more because jestervicular told you to.

Great thread, my maxilla is recessed and when i lose fat my lower third looks way better, but my middle third looks more recessed because fat kind of frauds projection, and ofc my nasolabial folds get worse, losing weight still ascends me hard of course but i hope i can get lefort soon to not look like a gook

Thanks bro. I’ve never heard anyone mention this fix besides me. Everyone could benefit from this surgery even if ur folds are very mild because of the anti aging properties

True, it replicates the effect of dense and projected bones and how they prevent becoming ugly with aging, my mom is 50yrs old and everyone thinks she's 30something, the skin on her face is super tight and she doesn't have a single wrinke because her zygos and maxilla are super projected, sadly i got the face of my dad jfl

I just made a post about this, should’ve read this first jfl. I’m assuming it would help with midface fullness right?

Visible nasolabial folds are caused by accumulation of fat above the nasolabial fold.
PDO threads or fat dissolving agents are the correct way of addressing them.
Did you actually care to do research on this? Or just make assumptions?

If they were caused by recession, people that weren't recessed would never have them, but they can. Legit immediately disproves your bullshit claims :lul:

It’s caused by recession in the midface. PDO threads and fat dissolvers don’t fix bone support. Explain to me how paransal implants wouldn’t be the best option JFL
