how to fix natural hairline

Ive been tryna grow out my hair and noticed that its growing out kind of strange at the hairline. As you can see in the pic, my hairline moves inwards before comming out again, idk how to describe it. I was wondering if anyine here would know why this is the case and how I can fix this without pushing back my hairline. I dont think this is natural because I am only noticing this issue now, but idk
