So basically i have a neck hump “kinda like the picture i attached just way less severe” so yeah i got it from years of bad posture and im pretty sure its affecting how my whole jaw looks like. Im already in the gym training my back and all. But im wondering if theres something else i also can do. Like some stretches or something

Fat loss. Leanmaxx ASAP to ~10-12% BF. Fix Posture. Will go away in most cases. If it still persists, then it's a wrap (surgery).

Stretches are still cope, but do them if you feel they help. May make slight differences. The great equalizers will be: Develop your back. Upper and lower. Get leaner. That's it.

I think it'll go away bro. Don't worry. Just stick to the plan.
