How to fix a negative canthal tilt? My eyebrows are positive however my eyes are downturned. Any tips? (No surgery, I believe everything can be achieved naturally)

cant be done naturally sorry boyo u can fraud your eyelashes but that is still not helping a lot just praying its not to negative so u can pass off as neutral ct

Depends on the cause of it tbh. if its droopy then it's likely a lack of bone support but if not then it's loose tendon

Thanks for this info, bone support I don’t think since I have good cheekbones density or is it another bone?

My bones have grown since I've entered puberty and the NCT has reduced but it's still negative, but I still have a severe lack of undereye support
