How to fix negative hooding?

What are the ways to fix negative hooding both temporarily and permanently? I have a neutral to slightly positive canthal tilt but my negative hooding makes it look more negative in photos from farther away. I’m interested in possible methods that probably don’t involve any type of surgery but I’m willing to learn about those as well.
