For reference, you can easily see my nose asymmetry, i would also like to make my lips more prominent and fuller looking with better colouring, however im not too worried about this as thin lips are a european feature.

Your lips are fine honestly, I think fuller lips would look kinda uncanny and femenine on you, it works for some men, it doesn't for others, and I'd be willing to bet it's not for you.

As for the nose asymmetry, it's filler or rhinoplasty, pick your poison.
