How to fix nose pores

How to fix visibly large pores, black heads and protuding dead skin. My skin is relatively clear but my nose is my main flaw. Looking for smaller pores, removal of blackeads/oil and dead skin cells.
Have sesnitive skin aswell as been on accutane previously so only use certain products.

more so skincare if possible as im very positive skincare can and will worj, just not sure what. i do have a dermatolgist appointment upcoming anyways.

Honestly absolutely amazing apart from the nose bleeds, dry lips and extreme susceptabiltity to sunburn it was great (Not being sarcastic) best thing ive ever done for my acne however wouldnt want to use again as my acne isnt bad its just my nose issue.

Ur pores have to have been eradicated from this use. By prolonged use i meant like 7-8 months and u did it for more than a year!

It should have shrinked ur pores permanently by now

uh just use like salicylic acid or something like that and moisturise. should work just fine

My pores are invsible everywhere just not my nose hahah. Dont rember dosaging but i started on 1 tablet then 2 then 3 then 4 a day and then insead of 5 i went to 1 tablet again but high potency.

Ask ChatGPT for skincare to shrink pores.

I think stuff like salicylic acid serum or cleanser for daily use (something good with good strength not just a few drops of acid in 1kg of beef cum moisturizer) it should clear ur pores over time

Example: The ordinary or Paulas Choice 2% Salicylic acid (also called BHA)

Then stuff like niacinamide i think

Also u can ask ur derm for tretinoin cream (or adapelene or tazarotene) ask what is best for pores and put it topically only on ur nose so u dont have to deal with side effects from systemic absorption with accutane
