how to fix oblong face shape and mid to long philtrum (no hardmax)

I need to fix oblong face, it looks too long no volume to the borders and a bit high philtrum ratio

If your nose is long and that's what's causing your long midface, there's no fix to that. To shorten the philtrum you can either get a lip flip (the only real solution) or a LF1 impaction, which you obviously won't get and it would be retarded to do so anyways
