Only surgery can fix this, and the type of issue making your eye look bigger than the other one will dictate which surgery.

really depends, its sort of a normal thing. Promise you people wont notice is as much as you do. But you can do facial massages aswell and practice sleeping on a side of your face where it isnt pressing on your eye area too hard.
