How to fix one eye higher than the other?

One of my eyes is like 1-2mm higher than the other, and the eyebrow is 2-3mm higher than the other eyebrow.

Is there any way to fix either of these?

No, that literally means you're a subhuman, nothing can change that

That’s normal, unless you have like cerealbra ballsy, anyways, probably not your biggest problem. Post face so we can look,

Thats quite normal. Many models have something similar aswell

Mewing may help I don't believe there is anything surgically than can be done

Orbital floor implants can raise or lower the entire eye by a few mms. I think Eppley does them.

Remember however that small asymmetry often goes unnoticed when people actually look at you irl. I personally have a 2 mm eye asymmetry but its way less important for looks than the jaw or the shape of the eye itself.
 
No. Maybe learn to fraud it by tilting your head.
 
How do you measure this shit cause I have a bit as well probably 2mm I'd guess
