I’m experiencing mandibular asymmetry with uneven bite contact. When biting down on one side (left), the opposite side does not fully make contact. I also sometimes have jaw clicking. There is noticeable facial asymmetry, my left side appears more developed/dominant than my right, including when smiling and even my left eye seems more prominent. What might be the causes of this combination of symptoms (TMJ-related issues, malocclusion, skeletal asymmetry?), and which specialists or treatment approaches should be considered?

Consult an orthodontist
Or gnathologist.
Personally I think that you suffer for tmj disorder, since a popping sound near the temple and jaw assymerty are common symptoms. Also, you sphenoid could be asssimetrical , because as you said your one eye is more prominent
