How to fix one side of face being fatter then the other?

I’ve been trying to fix this for a while. I’ve been sleeping on my back and only chewing on the fatter side. I don’t do any exercises for facial symmetry, I just don’t know if it would help me because one side is just fatter. And my eyes are kinda fucked up. I didn’t even know my face was this bad until I just took a pic with the back camera, if I can’t fix it within the next few months I might rope

Are you sure that’s the only thing. I have a cross bite and an underbite and tmj. I’m going to the orthodontist soon so maybe that will help?

Definitely going to start gyming more I used too but I stopped. I’ve looked into aqualyx and the places in my area only give to people that’s 18+

Thank you I’ll definitely look into this. What about Reta, from the research that I’ve done about aqualyx I’ve heard that if you inject it wrong it could really fuck you up. So would something like Reta or something else that assists in weight loss be better?

reta and overall weightloss is definitely a good move.

tbh the way i like to recommend aqualyx is doing it after you're already lean

most people will get to where they want to with weight loss, and if there's stubborn fat on the face still that's where aqualyx comes in

I’ve been going to the gym was more now, I have hollows in good lighting but in regular lighting I look disgusting. I could show you a pic in good lighting because I feel like my face is decorated but can’t tell

i mean almost everyone has hollows in good lighting so it doesnt change much.

I’m definitely going too soon, but if my face slims down won’t it make the asymmetry more obvious? I’m going to an orthodontist cause my teeth are miss alined pretty badly and my pallet is small. Maybe after they give me whatever treatment there is, my face will look better

dont chew only on one side, body fat is what is causing all the excessive fat in your face, try also to sleep on your back
