I dont think theres any thing I can do sadly, am I right? Is there any DIY thing I can do? I hate going anywhere without a tshirt because my chest is ugly as fuck. My pectus isnt that bad, but its still noticable and I dont see any progress with chest training (been training for roughly a year now)
