is there any way to lose these bulges on either side of my mouth? They appeared after I got my braces, my braces have been removed for over a year now and the bulges have not disappeared. How do I get rid of them

I don’t cheek bite at all and I got my braces removed May 2025 so I don’t think they will be going away with time

don't think so, perioral mounds don't go away no matter how much weight you gain/lose. Alternatively, if it bothers you that much you can just put some makeup over it as a temporary fix
