How to fix proceeding hairline

This is kind of a nitche topic but my hairline is small so my barber pushes me back when I get a lineup but then u can still see where the hair used to be on my forehead is there any fix to this even lining it up with a razor does nothing I have literally tried to pluck all the hairs out and u still see where the hair used to be this problem has been on going for ages if anyone could help I would appreciate it so much
