How to fix procrastination/stim advice

I actually cannot take it anymore this might be the most brutal nerf of all time. I can't focus on anything for the life of me, even things I want to do. And no, its not because I'm retarded, I just can't focus. It might be game over if I don't lock in this week. don't give me some bs method I've tried them all. I've tried a few diff stims but the best combo for me is caffeine + nic. It worked for some time and then it just made me depressed. Genuinely what do I do now, I'm down to try anything just need help sourcing. (And no, I can't get addy script for many reasons but want to try)
