Is there a chance to minimize the protruding eyes?

Supraorbital implants or fillers may help.

Supraorbital + infraorbital rim implants

That’s just pushing them back into a recessed skull instead of bringing the area forward
they will get less bulgy from it, unlike implants cause they will just give orbital support

yeah but usually the infras are recessed aswell as the supras, if you add implants there the eyes will automatically be deeper set within the socket, and skys the limit if u combine it with decomp but decomp shouldnt be used for cosmetic purposes tbh

Really pushing them won’t do damage?
in orbital decompression surgery they remove fat ,muscle, other tissues and even bone sometimes from behind the eyeball so it can litterally be deeper set. Its pretty safe considering it is a surgery for your eyes.

No I’m talking about pushing them with my thumb like a exercise?

Could do it on top of implants, would ascend
