How to fix protruding lips

i have protruding lips due to wearing braces for the past 9 years , i took them off now but i still have 6 on my incisors , i asked my mom about my lips when i was young she told me they were small , how can i fix this please ? My bottom lip is huge & make my chin look recessed

braces they extract 4 teeth 2 up 2 down and push your teeth back, but do not do it only if you are over 18 it can stunt your skull.
