How to fix pull muscles imbalance? (Pls help bhaicels)

Guys i used to skip back and biceps cuz i didnt have a pull up bar. I only did pushups for 2 years now ive been training pull ups fr 1 year and its better now but still have a big imbalance which gives me gay rounded shoulders and makes my frame look narrower

Just spam overhead press and barbell curls twice a week.

get a gym membership nigga, and just start training back again

train rear delts, and in general u should be doing more work for the posterior chain

for every set of bench you do, do 2 sets of rows
for every set of OHP do 2 pull up sets
you get the idea

Overhead press? Thats a push move. Its only gnna make the imbalance more.
My back and biceps are lacking. Not chest, triceps, shoulders. I can lateral raise 12kg and bench 110kg while i can barely do 7 bodyweight pull ups..

Overhead press was for the round shoulder issue.

Also for back do any sort of row movement.

ive thought of just skipping my push muscles and only doing Pull for 6 months to fix it.
train rear delts, and in general u should be doing more work for the posterior chain

Just do 10-12 heavy sets for each muscle group per week and stick to 1-2 exercises and it’ll be fine.

nah still do push but do a 1:2 ratio of push to pull
