If you're decently attractive idk if you shouldnt go for an insane surgery. At most LeFort 1 don't do LeFort 2 cuz it can fuck up harmony so idk if bone breaking surgery would be worth. Infras and malar are good options yeah but everything is case by case so that's the most we could suggest without seeing anything
