HOW TO FIX recessed anterior nasal spine

I need help asap, my nose is disgusting from the side and I've found out that its due to recessed anterior nasal spine: https://looksmax.org/threads/the-falio-of-a-recessed-anterior-nasal-spine.335467/

I know that it's probably fixable only through surgery but I actually want to know if there is something natural to do at least short term fix before I will have money for surgery. I think this trait is really underestimated here and it could potentially save lives. For now its over but if I get better anterior nasal spine it will begun
