How to fix recessed chin/Retrognathia?

Retrognathia is a condition where the lower jaw (mandible) is positioned further back than the upper jaw (maxilla), giving the appearance of a receding chin. I have been having a hard time finding (non-cope) methods to push the mandible forward. Help a brother out because I need it.
