how to fix recessed infras?

any surgeries can help? infra implants can help with under eye support but i don't know anything for upper eyelid exposure. i have good canthal tilt ipd and spacing but my infras are ass. don't clown me

if you have bad uee its your supraorbitals, not your infras, that are the problem
