I’ve got the same issue, most you can really do until u turn 18 and can do fat grafting is fraud with makeup. It’ll help turn it into a minor fault depending on how recessed they are

js use concealer it’s not the end of the world for having recessed infras

If u are rly pale tanning/self tanners can help but try not to tan undereye area cause skin is already super thin there and sun makes it even worse, need good spf with vit c, i'm saying tan cause on darker skin purple/blue/dark whatever circles are less visible. Ppl say volufiline but i think and many others is a scam.
Ofcourse fat grafting probably the best option, idk about implants but i saw some photos before and after there is still some darkness around eyes
