i got recessed infras and i hate it nerf me so bad and my eye area i want a solition for it i need help

same, i did some research and the options arent that good in my opinion in comparision to the risks.
- FME might give better lateral and anterior support but that would be max. 0,5-1mm and evidence is unclear. 35k$
- Infraorbital rim implants could give desired projection but they need to be custom and if possible out of PEEK. Also risk of nerve damage, sagging soft tissues, underlying bone resorption, asymmetry, infection, revision. the list goes on... 10k+$
- Orbital decompression would put your eyeballs deeper but high risks like double vision, asymmetry, nerve damage, blindness and it would also disqualify you from combat sports if you get the bone walls reduced (because of higher probability of orbital fracture), if you only get fat reduced maybe higher risk of retinal detachment if you do combat sports. 15k+$

no fillers in infraorbital region, they will sag and it will look horrible.
bb cream and caffeine serum also wont fix the protruding eyebags

Maybe to add.
- there is a surgery called malar sandwich osteomy, which cuts your zygos and puts them in a different position but I didnt find much about that procedure.
- Lefort II could help but noone is really getting it and its really high risk, high cut Lefort I could also help with negative vector because it wouldnt be as promiment because of better facial convexity and increased cheek support, but it isnt a direct fix.
