My left side ( right on photo) is by far my worse side, especially from the side. My ramus is basically in existent on the left. For some reason the eyebrows are also slightly asymmetrical giving slightly different expressions on each side. Stuff like this looks like nothing but summed up can add up into a noticeable improvement. If both sides of my face were symmetrical to my right (left on photo) it would result to a decent improvements.
Another issue more prominent on the left side is less bone mass leading to a less defined look and a ‘floppy ‘ looking face / skin like some old fuck.
Ive started to chew properly on both sides, tried simple facial exercises and mew. Is sleeping on my back that benificial since i’ve heard it leads to asymmetries but i’ve never managed to correct my natural sleeping position.
If there is any improvement/ technique to help better my face anything at all.
