How to fix recessed mandible?

I have a recessed mandible and also an overbite because of it. Can I go to orthopedist and ask them for something to fix it?
And If I go there will it cost money, because it might be medically needed, because of my overbite?

you can go to an orthodontist thats free for under 18, but the wait list is like 2.5 years

or you can go to a private one and get it done quicker for 3000€
