You'll get good enough mandibular growth from 16-18, if that still doesn't fix it. Consider genioplasty into the future

i’m about 13 and my mom seems to have a recessed mandible as well. is there still hope?

ignore everything everyone said, ur mandible is recessed currently, I don’t think I’d put it into the mild recession category , it looks pretty dam recessed, ur chin has amazing projection for a 13 year old , ur mandible won’t fix it self during puberty / growing up, a recession stays recessed, it will grow but stay recessed, the only fix currently is involving advanced orthodontic tools/surgery, don’t bonesmash, causes nerve damage and pops blood vessels, u can’t even bone smash the mandible jfl at these ngas,
