How to fix recessed maxilla/aqualyx fat dissolver?

I have a good eye area and zygos so it helps, but my lower 2/3rds by my nose its puffy and I cant tell if its bloat cuz im trying to put on weight or if its fat. Ive been debating getting fat dissolver or just waiting until ive achieved my physique goals so I can cut. Which will be around 3 months. I plan on eventually getting surgery for my recessed maxilla but the puffiness/fat in my upper cheek area is definitely due to it. Would appreciate some advice

if u get fat dissolvers while trying to bulk it'll do nth the fat will js come back

do not inject anything into your nose or your upper cheek
only do fat dissolvers in the lower cheek if you really want to
