How to fix recessed maxilla before sutures close

I am 16 and my maxilla Is recessed, chin is not that recessed but i have no under eye support and makes my nose seem bigger from the side, Is there anything i can do to fix It before my sutures close and i have to get surgery for it

The only devices that could theoretically help improve your maxilla are orthodontic headgear devices, but even those don't always work for children past the age of 9-10, let alone a late teenager.

I probably can do something like palate expander/mse idk if i can get It for free but if i can't do anything about it Is bimax or lefort 1 better
