Your maxillary sutures fuse between 14 and 16, so at this point it may be possible that they are already closed. The only devices that could theoretically help improve your maxilla are orthodontic headgear devices, but even those don't always work for children past the age of 9-10, let alone a late teenager.

Being 100% real with you, your only option may be lefort at this point.

Addressing other solutions, if my intuition is correct and your sutures are already fused or fusing, orthodontics (like braces) can help camouflage the issue in minor cases but won’t advance the maxilla significantly. Mewing and similar techniques may have minimal or no effect at this age.

So, reiterating my point, your only option may be lefort on its own if your bite is misaligned, or double jaw surgery if your bite is otherwise fine. But as idkmanimao said, it's best if you go with a professional and get assessed by them, but honestly I'd keep my hopes low just in case you get disappointed.
