How to fix recessed nasal bridge?

I have always been told my nose is big or has a huge dump. I realized today that my nose is perfect and the only reason it looks big and looks like it has a dump on it is again because of my poor habits when I was young. The reason it has a bump is because of my recessed nasal bridge, and the reason it droops down is because of my recessed maxilla. I going to be getting a pallet expander and DJS when i'm 22, so i'll fix the maxilla problem. How can I fix the recessed nasal bridge ?
