How to fix recession as a teen?

I got a real fucking recessed mandible and undereyes, maxilla isn't the best either. Just got off rpe and currently on braces, but they haven't done anything noticeable aside from finally being able to fix my crooked theeth after 7 years of orthodontic treatment. Seriously need help with this cause I was out with a friend who invited some girls and they were actually talking behind my back about me being chopped and recessed and it sucks because I have great hygiene and overall appeal, wish my bones weren't like this. I already consulted my doctor about getting surgery cause I have sleep apnea, but they said my face hasn't developed fully and I can't have any surgeries.

if it was a normal case where u didnt get ortho id reccomend hard mewing but in this case MASPE plus headgear
