How to fix red eyes

does anyone know how i could fix my red eyes? I’ve struggled with them my whole life, sometimes they’re bad sometimes not that bad. I’m using eyedrops and they help a little but they defiently don’t completely fix it.
Has anyone else struggled eith this? How could fix this? (no i don’t smoke)

Lumify eye drops have brimodine tartrate they will completely whiten your sclera for 8 hours but extended use isn’t really recommended. Use normal hydrating eyedrops for everyday

Also dealing with this. Worse when I walk by people smoking cigs. What is a long term solution to this? Why is it happening? Having the vessels you can see in your eye that have turned red?
