Get an xray to determine what kind of scoliosis you have and its severity then search for online tutorials to mitigate your particular situation through physical therapy, you might also need a brace iirc.

Scoliosis is unfixable past 16 years old and can be minimized prior to age 16 on average. Physical therapy helps with the pain but will not revert your spine back.

It's normal to have scoliosis up to 15 degrees, anything beyond that is where the risk increases. Up to 30 degrees is okay-ish, but more is trouble.

Start with Gokhale method - "8 steps to a pain free back" book.

Then somatics, https://essentialsomatics.com/clinical-somatics-articles-case-studies/three-somatic-reflexes

Don't bother stretching tight muscles. You need to relax tightened muscles by increasing co2 retention, and increasing minerals--such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. And then strengthen the weak muscles.

You can’t as an adult. I have it, you get used to it. Mines pretty low though, probably like around 10 degrees in my mid back. Like I said you get used to it.

how you managed to get 100gr fiber a day?

I would recommend core + lower back training and swimming. Not just backstroke, freestyle swimming helps as well.

Usain Bolt has a curved spine, but he keeps his core and lower back muscles strong, so it doesn't affect him.
That is what you should do as well

How would you go about fixing scoliosis to make the spine as straight/symmetrical/untwisted as possible in practice(co2 retention etc)? I tried a lot but nothing made a big difference

-Reincarnation
-Body transplant surgery

Or just stretch.

For scoliosis pick either option 1 or 2, ime option 1 is better.
1) https://functionalpatterns.com/
2) https://www.flobility.com/

And also look into PRI https://www.instagram.com/neal_hallinan/?utm_medium=copy_link

For co2 - two ways to deal to correct this, either mechanically preventing hyperventilation i.e. breathing less - read through this site https://www.normalbreathing.com/learn-buteyko/ or fixing thyroid. Have a read at this

I already started reduced breathing several weeks ago. Definitely a good practice to do.

Do you know what the main point is of the 2 programms you linked? I just want to fix it and not spend too much time

Currently I do:
Reduced breathing daily (except weekends) and stretching in all 3 dimensions at night.
