if you cannot afford it there are plenty of videos on youtube that show exercises to fix scoliosis
How would you go about fixing scoliosis to make the spine as straight/symmetrical/untwisted as possible in practice(co2 retention etc)? I tried a lot but nothing made a big differenceStart with Gokhale method - "8 steps to a pain free back" book.

Pandiculation works better than stretching to free muscles and end pain. It feels better and lasts longer than stretching! Pandiculation will work for you too.somatics.com

Don't bother stretching tight muscles. You need to relax tightened muscles by increasing co2 retention, and increasing minerals--such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. And then strengthen the weak muscles.
For scoliosis pick either option 1 or 2, ime option 1 is better. How would you go about fixing scoliosis to make the spine as straight/symmetrical/untwisted as possible in practice(co2 retention etc)? I tried a lot but nothing made a big difference
