I know I need a rhinoplasty, my nose makes my face seem even more recessed than it already is but I need to address my recessed maxilla and mandible.

Can anyone advise on what surgeries I need?

also, since I plan to get these surgeries within 2 years, I have some time to prepare, do I need braces for surgery? my bottom set of teeth are crooked too.

really appreciate any good input

problem is, a lot of professionals aren't going to care about my aesthetic goals. They're after money mostly.

I want to know exactly which procedures to get and push that onto the surgeon.

My jaw is recessed though, and maxilla is also flat.

I have awful eye area because there's no under eye support, flat maxilla plays a part here

Make's me laugh when I see the self diagnosis of "recessed maxilla", that's such a normie umbrella term. Your maxilla isn't recessed, infact, there was no other way your face would've developed. Its all determined by genetics. Truly recessed maxillas are syndrome patients. This was simply the extent of your forward growth, and your face is full of the tell tale signs.

A bimax would obviously give you more forward growth, but DJS for a slightly more aesthetic SIDE PROFILE is the height of overkill. Front is law anyway.

Regardless here's rhino, genio, fat graft to lips, and temporal lift for more positive tilted brows and PCT (which I think would suit you though I can't see your eyes).

Hi,

thank you for your analysis, when I say "recessed maxilla", I mean a flat midface and I most definitely have that.

As for my jaw, you really think bimax would be overkill? idk, when I see my side profile, my face kinda looks "short" idk how else to explain it, it kinda reminds me of Dellisola's side profile where it looks like he lacks a lot of forward growth. Regardless, as you said, front is definitely more important.

As for my eyes, I have a literal sub3 eye area, can I dm you the pictures?

I also want to get some sort of implants to give my zygos some angularity. Thanks for the input though.

Yeah your midface is flat because it was in your genetic makeup to end up like that. Thats like saying every east asian has a recessed maxilla, they obviously don't, its just how their bones grow, there are exceptions but still. And yes it would be overkill, cost to benefit wouldn't be worth it.

Sure dm.
