How to fix skin tone and flush as white male

I am a white male and I have recently gotten acne and have started prescription retinoids to fix it and its been helping, but I have noticed my skin tone and coloration has gotten more red and inflamed. Its only been about 2 and a half weeks since starting, but I just want to know what I should do to fix the coloring and tone.

Can't do anything about it just what happens when you have acne you have to wait until your acne stops. Maybe taking antioxidants could help. Don't take MT like the other guy said if you want to get a tan just go outside and get sun
