I have a kind of shitty pale skin and I want a more appealing tan. Note: I live in Sweden so sunlight is restricted as of now and I refuse to tan artificially due to cancer. Which supplements are best to get more of a golden skin tone?

Yes it's statistically quite rare. They are light brown about T10 on eyecolor chart. My hair is dirty blond, fully blond during summers.

Beta carotene is legit, I am pale asf when not on it and have nice golden colouring when taking it. But only in my face and neck though, my body still remains pale for some reason

I took 100,000 ius for about 4 months. Results were minimal MT2 is the way to go.
