How To Fix Slanted Maxilla

I'm guessing upper jaw surgery is the only option?

I am relatively good looking and have good features/genetics (ex. my big brother is a model, other siblings are attractive), but I have shit fucking teeth. They're crooked and my upper teeth are slanted. I was on Invisalign for a year and it improved my looks but everything reverted back after I stopped wearing them bc they were giving me sleep apnea. I'm getting back on them tomorrow but is there any other option to fix the slant?

I don't know why I had to be the one who got the shit bone structure. Thankfully my underbite is gone because of elastics.
