how to fix slight lower third recession

I got a similar side profile like this guy, except my lower third is not as recessed, but obv - still a bit recessed

What can i do to fix it? Is it mewing? Thanks im a graycel

mewing hasnt done anything for me and ive done it for 2 years, and also dont worry too much theres nothing wrong with the guy in the pic

the guy in the picture is perfect more then that looks starts looking like an underbite lmao. if you think you look recessed yet your as forward as he is then it’s probably neck posture exaggerating it

First you wanna take TRT or DHT definitely as a teenager because studies proove that it helps reduce Estrogen levels in healthy males aged from 9-18 which helps you keep your plates open for longer. Also when i took TRT i noticed that i got more masculine and i grew from 5'6 to 6'0 in about 2 years time.
