How to fix slight NCT without making it look uncanny / gayish

how big of a failo is slight nct? (quite similar to Hexum for example, i also have blue eyes)
the weird thing is that even if i squinch a bit it looks uncanny to me so isnt it obvious that a surgery will make it look uncanny aswell?
anyway share ur thoughts

As long as it's not more than 6 degree NCT it's fine, same goes for PCT.
