how to fix small cross eyeing?

Does somebody know how to fix like I hate my fucking right eye its hanging down cause of my sphenhoid bone and its crossing to the right side like I do some exercise but I dont really know if its working. Did or does somebody have the same problem as me and if does do you have an answer to this shit?
