my lip to nose ratio is pretty bad. my nose is bulbous and my lips are not wide in width. my lips are a bit bigger but barely. is there any thing that i can buy or do that isnt over the the top and requires something such as a palette expander? i've also been using hydrocortisone on nose 5 days a week for the last week. no noticable cahnges yet but I heard that this should help a little over time. any help would be appreciated
